Initial Situation: The Need to Improve the Recruitment Process.


The CEO of Nick's Window Cleaning, a professional cleaning service provider in Canada, approached us with the primary goal of improving their recruitment process. The company aimed to increase the number of relevant candidates and accelerate the hiring process, driven by rapid business growth and the urgent need for effective personnel.


Our Approach and Results: Audit and Implementation of New Tools.


We performed an in-depth remote analysis of all recruitment stages, identified weaknesses, and provided clear recommendations for improvement. Additionally, we introduced effective tools to simplify and accelerate candidate search and hiring processes:
