We conducted an online search and successfully recruited an effective QA engineer for KeyCRM, a leading CRM system provider and one of the fastest-growing companies in the Ukrainian market.


The position was filled in just 14 days, and the candidate has now been working effectively for over a year, ensuring product stability and maintaining the company’s leadership position.


Initial Situation: Need for Process Systematization.


The CEO of KeyCRM, a leading CRM provider in Ukraine known for rapid growth and popularity among users, approached us. Due to a rapid increase in the number of customers, there was an urgent need to fill the QA engineer position to systematize processes and ensure product stability and quality.


Our Approach: Remote Recruiting and Rapid Position Closure.


We began with a detailed remote briefing session to thoroughly understand the tasks and requirements for the future specialist. Based on the information gathered, we developed precise online search hypotheses, enabling us to quickly identify relevant candidates.


Through remote recruitment, we created a shortlist of 9 strong candidates who matched the client's requirements. The QA engineer position was successfully filled within 14 days.
